I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. This transaction can dramatically change the course of your life, from the people you meet at your new home to the equity you build over time. I take great pride in the lasting relationships I build and forming new connections . I love sharing my knowledge and experience to help others achieve their goals.
As your realtor, I will advocate for you and help you see how you can find the right house and make it into your home. The world of real estate can be confusing, but I can be your go-to source for insight and advice with my commitment, dedication, and access to the extensive knowledge from the Keller Williams team.
My first job as a wilderness counselor for at-risk youth required me to build my own shelter, reinforcing the value and necessity for a safe place to call home. I spent a full year living outdoors in a tent that I constructed myself with a bow-saw, axe, dowel rods, and several trees. Needless to say after that experience I valued a comfortable home to call my own above most other things. After my year in the woods I continued to work with at-risk youth before making a purposeful change into sales. I worked for a local consignment car store, Carlotz, and enjoyed handling hundreds of transactions between local buyers and sellers while providing value and service to both. This experience opened the door for me to help open a new hub in the Richmond area for Carvana, an online car company. I enjoyed growing a new brand, establishing processes, and providing exceptional customer service to families in the Richmond area. I became comfortable with negotiations and listening to what the customer needed. These experiences helped me make the leap into real estate. For me, being a real estate agent is the perfect combination of my skills, interests, and passions. It is my teal collar job.
